How does it work?

Start by contacting one of our mortgage specialists. You can chose to meet a consultant in person after scheduling an appointment, by phone or online. Our consultants are available 7 days a week and will gladly meet you at the time and place that are convenient to you.

Your Multi-Prêts' mortgage consultant will then assemble the necessary information to apply for a mortgage. He will make sure your mortgage loan request is accepted by one of the 20 financial institutions we do business with.

Your mortgage consultant will then assemble all the necessary information. His next step will be to start researching the best available mortgage product that fits your personal financial profile and needs, considering all available lenders.

Once you have been qualified with a financial institution for the requested product, you will then pursue the process by submitting all necessary documents to your consultant, who will forward them to the lender.

The Multi-Prêts consultant will then prepare and forward your mortgage application to the chosen lender in order to get a commitment on your behalf, as well as a financing offer.

The Mutli-Prêts consultant works for you, together with the financial institution, it is therefore essential for you to send all documentation and requests through your consultant. He is your ally, who will be with you all along until completion of your transaction.
