How to buy a property with no cash down  ?
Historically, a minimum down payment of 5 % of the purchase price was required to purchase a property.

However, recently rules have changed allowing you to purchase without putting any cash down.

These mortgage products are aimed at house buyers who have excellent credit records, a regular flow of income, but who have not yet accumulated the required down payment amount (traditionally 5 %) or who have chosen to use their savings to another purpose in terms of asset growth.

It is the bank which will then provide the equivalent of 5 % of the property's borrowing value.

Since Multi-Prets consultants negotiate on your behalf the best mortgage conditions with over 15 financial institutions, you are being offered a range of mortgage products.

It is then essential to communicate with one of our consultants to get informed about the particular conditions of every product in order to make the best possible mortgage choice.

*Single family dwelling, purchase only with usage as a main residency.
*New construction or existing property, no progressive cash outs.
